 Women Need Supplementation.


 Women need vitamins. Or do they? Don’t they get all the vitamins they would ever need though the foods they eat every day. After all, if they do get all the vitamins they need through the daily three meals, then the purchase of vitamins is a waste.
                I wish it were so, that you got all your vitamins thorough what you eat. In the days of Adam and Eve that was true. But look around you. We are not living in the days of Adam and Eve. The ground doesn’t have the nutrients in it as they once had. We have farmed and cultivated all the nutrients out and have gone to making our own compose piles trying to put back what once was there but is no longer there.
                Yes, women need vitamins and they don’t get all they need in their diet. Since that is true there must be things that can be done to make sure women do get their daily vitamin needs met.
                They must take supplements. You can look for a list on the internet to see what women need. Or you could start here.
                Women are not men. They have a slightly different need than men. Men don’t have babies, for instance. Women do. Therefore they need folic acid. This vitamin which is one of the B vitamins helps build strong red blood cells. For the woman thinking of getting pregnant taking folic acid will help prevent the fetus from developing spina bifida and anencephaly which is a brain condition.
                She will also need vitamin K for her strong bones. As long as she is thinking about her strong bones she needs the calcium
                Women need to have a strong immune system to battle the pollutants encountered daily. This would mean she should have some B6 and Vitamin A.
                Let me also suggest she gets some vitamin D3 in her. D3 is more of a hormone The D will help lower her chance of multiple sclerosis and rheumatoid arthritis. It can also reduce her chances of cancer..
                She would want to have good hair and skin, of course. For this she should take vitamin E. In order to show off her hair and skin she would want to lessen her chances of a heart disease so she would be taking B12 which also will help lower her levels of depression. She will find that she also has better nerves and brain functions when she takes her B12..
                Of course she is taking vitamin C. Everyone knows vitamin C. It is not only good for faster wound healing and helping reduce tissue damage but also for reducing cancer risk.
                She tops that off with her fish oil or Omega-3 fatty acids. This helps reduce her chances of heart disease. Another benefit is it reduces the chance of osteoporosis with results of bone loss. It also can aid her memory
So in conclusion, yes, Women need vitamins. They are not getting the complete package by what they eat. Therefore they need supplements..
