Moving On In Business

The other day.. I think it was Tuesday. I could be wrong. Maybe it was two days ago or just yesterday. No. Well, it doesn't matter.
I was called by a John from iePlexus in Washington and he wanted me to set up a business blog. He suggested we name it vitaminspowerblog.com. He said this would help me move my products along and make it obvious I was selling something of value.

Vitamins

Every one needs vitamins. That is what I carry in my store offers multivitamins as well as vitamins for men  and vitamins for women. For the person who exercises there are the sport vitamins and the therapeutic.
Anyway, moving on in business, that is what I can offer on line. You can buy vitamins online or you can put on your Nike or Puma shoes and buy them at the store.
It does seem easier to order online and have the hassle of traffic minimized. Have them delivered to your door .

Found a Blog That May Help

Reading my comments on some of the blogs I have and found one blog that I can refer back to in this site. It is a health posting that concerns the immune system and I enjoyed reading it. I am sure that anyone reading this blog will also enjoy reading that post. It is located at http://dianeestrella.com and is titled "Natural Ways To Boost Immunity."
For help on your immunity try this from Amazon.

Or you can read on the subject.

So Many So Whom Do You Trust?

There are so many out there. I mean, places that sell you supplements online. Which one do you believe?
You can go  to any blog on vitamins and you will find information coming out of your ears. Lots of information and very little suggestions as to which one to believe.
So many so whom do you trust?
The information offered on most blog sites is accurate . That you can trust. Most are trying to get you to buy their brand. And there is nothing wrong in that. I myself would like you to zero in on my store and buy from me the brand of vitamins I carry.
Sure, it doesn't make any difference which brand of vitamins you buy. Especially when it comes to multivitamins.
I realize by making that statement I could be shooting myself in the foot. But let us be honest. As long as you have the proper RDA (Recommended Daily Allowance) they are pretty much the same.
Still if you were to click on this area you can find some multivitamins listed that are good. And the prices have been adjusted recently.
But if you trust Amazon to handle your vitamins you can use the link below.
     It doesn't matter to me.

Vitamins Can Heal You

There is a theory out there that vitamins can heal you. By that I guess they mean that for every illness or  problem we have there is a vitamin you can take to treat it.
For example, you have no doubt heard someone tell you vitamin C can help you if you have a cold. In fact some may even go so far as to say it can stop the cold.
That is not completely true. Vitamin C may help you feel better and for sure vitamin C will help your immune system as it sends those white blood cells to fight the enemy. But C will not stop the cold.
Along with vitamin C you should suck on Zinc and this will lessen the time period you have the cold. That is suck, not chew the zinc. Zinc is not useful to the body once it gets in the stomach. But it can sooth and help the throat area...which is the reason you suck it.
    Slowly suck it.
In a book I have been reading that suggests strongly that vitamins can heal I notice for the 90 body diseases ( for  need to call them something) such as loose Bowels, Colitis, heart problems, etc.. they seem to suggest the antioxidants such as Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Beta-carotene and selenium are the answer,
Vitamin C is absorbed by our small intestine and can be taken in doses of around 30 to 180 mg. But since it is water soluble and will pass in your pee if you take in too much. Your body will absorb 90 percent and pass the rest out.
Larger doses should be separated during the day. take your C three times a day at about 500 mg each time to add up to 1500 mg.
Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant and is good for fighting those free radicals. The free radical is a bad dude. It goes around stealing electrons from good cells. The damaged cell then either goes around looking for another good cell to destroy or it dies. It could also mutate to a cancer cell.
In 1922 when it was discovered it was called the anti sterility vitamin. It was misnamed for it has nothing to do with a persons virility.  It has proven to be instead a powerful fighter against virus that cause cancer. It protects against heart disease, and help work against cataracts and other eye diseases. It may also prove useful in the fight against AIDS and Alzheimer's disease.
We can stand about 10 mg to 30 IU. It is fat soluble and stored in the fat in our bodies.
Beta-carotene  helps our immune system.Vitamin A helps our vision. It works with our immune system which is a complex system of cells and compounds embracing T-Cells and B cells and liver cells, white blood cells.
Our immune system is very important.
Lastly the selenium  which we have as a trace element in our system joins with the vitamin E breaks down the free radicals and protects our cells from  oxidative damage.
Back to the title of this blog and its inference. Yes, vitamins do help supplement what the body lacks and fights damage that leads to the illnesses of our body. But to think vitamins heal in the sense that we don't need doctors is asking too much from our supplements
Below you will find some suggestions of supplements you can order to help you. Please feel free to buy from these offers.
