Great Offer

We all want good health and we all seem to want to live longer lives.
I can't promise you a long life. That is something that is determined before you were born. The Bible says there is a time to be born and a time to die. So there is nothing I can offer you that will change that.
But I can offer you a deal where you can buy online vitamins.
There is first of all my online vitamin store. There you can get healthful supplements for needs. These needs are for times of exercise. You need extra protein. Your muscles need the extra amino acids. Or if you are a male and need to care for the health of your prostate. I have the saw palmetto
In the general aisle of the website I have the multivitamins. But if you should care to buy a 30 day pack of Nutrilite  Double X vitamins ,. you can get those also.NUTRILITE® DOUBLE X® Vitamin/Mineral/Phytonutrient - Case with 31-day Supply
The idea is to get your vitamins every day since not all your nutrients will be coming from what you are putting in your mouth. So you need the vitamins and minerals that are available to be bought online. It will be safer and you won't stress out driving to the store, trying to find a parking place, and standing in  a long line ( or if you use CVS,) trying to check out in the no service checkout lane.

Multi- Vitamins For Men

Men, you need vitamins to be able to tackle the world. Most of the time you will not be eating right. You may find eating a fast lunch at a fast food joint is easier than bringing a nutritious bagged lunch from home.
Or you may stop after work for a drink and chips before ordering a dinner of meat and starch ( potatoes)
Each morning you should reach for your multivitamins to supplement your breakfast. That may help you through the day. And it will be some needed supplementation.
Not all of us are vegetarians. And even vegetarians don't get all they need from what they eat. They also need supplements.
Let me suggest a few. Optimum Nutrition Opti-Men Multivitamins, 180-Count is a good all purpose one formulated for the needs of a man.
You will need B vitamins also. Let me suggest this one:
Nature Made Super B Complex Tablets, Value Size, 360 CountNature Made Super B Complex Tablets, Value Size, 360 Count
Or the good old one a day multivitamin for the male. One-A-Day Multivitamin, Men's Health Formula , 200 Tablet Bottle

Juicing May Be The Answer

You know that you should get healthier. You have heard about the essential vitamins you can supplement through capsules and liquids. But you don't want to spend that much money on the bottles and liquids offered in the vitamins aisle of your local super market or drug store.
Were you aware that you can use food to get those essential nutrients?
You could liquify them in a juicer.
In  yesterdays post I offered a link to one. You can find more offers of juicers to purchase when you go to http://drsmarketplace.blogspot.com.
Today I would like to suggest some mixtures you can use.
For your eyes, to battle macular degeneration you can try carrots and a handful of collard greens. With your 8-ounce cup of juice you can drink it down and help your eyes. If you would like to use mustard greens or parsley you can exchange the collard greens.
Another good one for your eyes would be to juice a grapefruit. You peel it and use the white pulp. Cut the grapefruit into sections and put it through the juicer. This also is about 8-ounces.
Some  fruits and vegetables you can use to get your nutrients--those vitamins and minerals in your body, which your body is no doubt craving, would be the carrot and apple juice. Or use a cataloupe cut up and with the rind cut into strips -juice it.
Another use of a carrot  would be to combine it with beet juice. Three carrots and one half beet.
Or you can have apple and pear. Two apples to one pear will do nicely.
Juiced spinach is good also. Join it with carrots. Delicious. Or spinach and parsley and celery with carrot juice. Blend together a handful of spinach, a handful of parsley, two stalks of celery, and four carrots.
That should be enough to give you an idea of what can be done  to liquify  your nutrients
And don't forget  to pick up your offer to buy the juicer. It was in the last post in this blog or on the blog at http://drsmarketplace.blogspot.com..

Juicing Is A Way To Get Nutrients

I tried to find information on this subject.
I went to my local library and they are out of books at the moment on the subject. oh, they do have books on it but they are checked out.
What I do know about the subject is that  most fruits and vegetables can be liquified and blended in a drink. This will release the nutrients as a person drinks the liquid and the pulp.
Some combinations will taste better than others. That is a given. but all must be tried, I guess and it will be a matter of taste.
Some will say, but I don't have the juicer. So I will offer you a link to one that you can purchase.  Cuisinart CJE-1000 1000-Watt 5-Speed Juice Extractor
You will find that it is easier to drink your nutrients than to swallow capsules. Some people are unable to swallow capsules, for some reason. But most can drink liquids.
A good juicer can help you in your program of juicing.  Cuisinart is a good one.

Is a Vegetarian Diet Okay?

First off let me say it seems to be hard to have a true vegetarian diet. This is a diet that leaves out eggs and meat protein.
It is hard since the food eaten by the average American per year includes 214 pounds of meat (red meat, fish, chicken) along with  32 pounds of egg and 600 pounds of dairy products (including milk)
The fruit consumption is around 644 pounds which include vegetables. When it comes to potatoes we consume around 67 pounds. When we eat grains the amount in pounds becomes 150 pounds.
Soft drinks we consume is about 46 gallons. We consume about 26 gallons of alcoholic beverages. We are not looking at coffee or tea or chocolate.
I don't know what ther developing world consumes.
I will define an adequate diet as that which provides a sufficient amount needed of nutrients and energy for human maintenance, growth and reproduction.
So the question to ask is, can we get an adequate diet being on a vegetarian diet?
There are two ways to look at the question. Are we talking vegan or lacto-ovo vegetarian?
A vegan will stay away from all foods of animal origin. When we look at the lacto-ovo vegetarian we see a person who only abstains from eating meat and fish. The problem could be that  for the vegan eliminating all types of animal products opens a person to the risk of certain nutritional deficiencies. To do so cuts one off from vitamins B12 and D, along with calcium and the long-chained fatty acids.
B12 is useful for cell division and blood formation. D helps in many ways and I am sure I covered D earlier in my blog posts.  Calcium is good for bone formation and organ maintenance.
I don't think it very smart to cut out eggs as they are a form or protein and the body needs protein.
Let me hear from you. Let's start a conversation.

Good Health Through Vitamins- Not Always through Health Food Alone

I realize the readership on this blog has almost disappeared. It is because I haven't spent any time here. I need in this blog series of posting to keep you aware that vitamins are needed to keep your body healthy and in good repair. It really does
Not all of our nutrients that we need can be obtained by what we eat alone. And this is not a discussion on vegan vs vegetarian vs meat eater. It is just a fact
There is a missing ingredient for good health and I can offer you an e-book  . It will explain what you need to know. And I will have kept this blog post alive.
Just check the digital offering out and see if it doesn't help.
Along with this knowledge you will, of course, need the supplements that are out there. Health food alone won't do it. Our bodies need good food and good supplements to operate correctly.
