We Need Information From The Academy

When it comes down to it we all need education. And when it comes to proper nutrition you can get it.
I will give you a place to go. It will cost something. But then all good things do. It will ask a 12 month commitment from you. It is called the nutrition academy.
Learn how to chose the right foods for the needs of your body. Keep that youthful body. Have more energy. Be the envy of your peers.
Only $1.00 trial fee to start. If you like what you see then you are offered a payment plan that sounds good.
You can pay as you go. $47.00 to start and then a monthly billing until you pay it off. Or you can put $37.00 down and thirty days later pay it off at a final fee of $407.00.
Look good. feel good. Be good.

Juicing May Be The Answer

You know that you should get healthier. You have heard about the essential vitamins you can supplement through capsules and liquids. But you don't want to spend that much money on the bottles and liquids offered in the vitamins aisle of your local super market or drug store.
Were you aware that you can use food to get those essential nutrients?
You could liquify them in a juicer.
In  yesterdays post I offered a link to one. You can find more offers of juicers to purchase when you go to http://drsmarketplace.blogspot.com.
Today I would like to suggest some mixtures you can use.
For your eyes, to battle macular degeneration you can try carrots and a handful of collard greens. With your 8-ounce cup of juice you can drink it down and help your eyes. If you would like to use mustard greens or parsley you can exchange the collard greens.
Another good one for your eyes would be to juice a grapefruit. You peel it and use the white pulp. Cut the grapefruit into sections and put it through the juicer. This also is about 8-ounces.
Some  fruits and vegetables you can use to get your nutrients--those vitamins and minerals in your body, which your body is no doubt craving, would be the carrot and apple juice. Or use a cataloupe cut up and with the rind cut into strips -juice it.
Another use of a carrot  would be to combine it with beet juice. Three carrots and one half beet.
Or you can have apple and pear. Two apples to one pear will do nicely.
Juiced spinach is good also. Join it with carrots. Delicious. Or spinach and parsley and celery with carrot juice. Blend together a handful of spinach, a handful of parsley, two stalks of celery, and four carrots.
That should be enough to give you an idea of what can be done  to liquify  your nutrients
And don't forget  to pick up your offer to buy the juicer. It was in the last post in this blog or on the blog at http://drsmarketplace.blogspot.com..

So Many So Whom Do You Trust?

There are so many out there. I mean, places that sell you supplements online. Which one do you believe?
You can go  to any blog on vitamins and you will find information coming out of your ears. Lots of information and very little suggestions as to which one to believe.
So many so whom do you trust?
The information offered on most blog sites is accurate . That you can trust. Most are trying to get you to buy their brand. And there is nothing wrong in that. I myself would like you to zero in on my store and buy from me the brand of vitamins I carry.
Sure, it doesn't make any difference which brand of vitamins you buy. Especially when it comes to multivitamins.
I realize by making that statement I could be shooting myself in the foot. But let us be honest. As long as you have the proper RDA (Recommended Daily Allowance) they are pretty much the same.
Still if you were to click on this area you can find some multivitamins listed that are good. And the prices have been adjusted recently.
But if you trust Amazon to handle your vitamins you can use the link below.
     It doesn't matter to me.
