They are our future-Our children. And we want them to grow up healthy and , as mush as is within our control, wise.
Part of our care should be to see that they get good nutrition and exercise. Wit this period we are in now of the Coronavirus scare and the fear of too much adults, we tend not to let our children exercise properly by play and using their muscles.
