We all know carbohydrates are not the villains when it comes to weight management even if the so called Atkins diet makes it out to be so. Your brain and your central nervous system need the carbohydrates you are consuming.
Yes, you have to be watching how much you put in yourself. They exist in the form of the sugars and starches you put in your body. Sugars are found in your fruits and milk products, so you really don't need the extra you eat in the way of sugars and sodas.
You need vitamins and nutrients. You have to somehow cut down on these bad for you products. Focus on fruits and vegetables and whole grain  products.
