I have found something that is great. It is called a Built Bar . It is American made and comes in about 18 flavors. It is great for a pick me up after exercise. I like the peanut butter bar but that is just my choice. You can also in your find in your 18 bar mixed box a Mint Brownie Delite, a Salted Caramel Chocolate, a Black Cherry Chocolate- to name a few.
It has only 15 grams of protein and about 110 calories. The taste is amazing.
It is gluten free. Not everyone is on a gluten free diet, but it is nice to know.
