February is Health Month

 
  I proclaim this month of February in the year 2017 to be Health Month.
  All year round is the best time to take supplements. So to major on one month over another is fine.
  Of course not any old supplement will do. As a person ages  the need for certain vitamins and herbs and minerals start to increase. Our bodies change as they age And the gender needs differ as we age.
  By that I mean male and female bodies are not the same and the nutrients required for the sexes become important.
  Women have ovaries. Men have prostates. Not quite the same needs.
   So for the women I suggest a multivitamin formulated for her needs.
   She is an important human being and desires the best of health and wellness. All husbands would agree with that.
   And for her she finds her husband a vital part of the equation. So you would want to have him taking a multivitamin for his needs also.
    Yes, this month is a good one to think about health and supplements to aid in that venture.
