Morning Supplementation
You get up in the morning. Turn off the alarm. Get ready for the day. Eat breakfast, the most important meal of the day since it will give nutrition to your brain. Men, don't forget your morning supplements.  No meal is complete without the vitamins and minerals and herbs that are provided.
Just as you clean up your outside by washing and shaving and the other things , so by taking your morning supplementation you clean up the inside.
 Hmm, hadn't thought about that.
