Women--Stay in Good Health

I Am Important

Health is something was all need and want to hold on to. If God has blessed us with life, and if you are reading this, He has, than do all you can to stay in good health.
 This means exercise and eat right. Eat the vegetables and fruits. Take a supplement that has been formulated for your needs.    Do all you can to live as long as you can.
  If you are married, your husband needs you. If you have children, they need you. And you need yourself.
  Be all you can be. And go on and conquer the day.
