Breakfast Is the Most Important Meal

It is my contention that breakfast is the most important meal that you are going to have each day.
This is simple to see. You have spent the past few hours in bed, hopefully you have slept.
Your stomach is now fairly empty. You are hungry.
Your brain has been busy all night. It does not shut down. It has been taking you through the different stages of sleep. It has been repairing itself.
You have been in Stage one and stage two. You move into stage three and stage four. It is at this stage, if you are one who talks in your sleep, you have been been busy speaking out great truth. :-) It is this stage you sleep walk,, if that is your tendency.
Back to stage three. Into stage two. Now to REM sleep.. rapid eye movement. And so on.
It is a ninety minute cycle.
      Repeat.
Now it is morning. You need to fuel up.
Don't forget your multivitamins. Your morning vitamins  are very important. It will give you a basic amount of nutrients that you may not be getting through your food.
I do understand that most doctors feel that you don't need the vitamins if you are eatting right-- that you should be able to get all you need through what you consume.
That is a good goal to work toward. But face it. The grounds are depleted of nutrients by over production. There needs to be a way to replace what the body needs. You do this through supplementation.
Through vitamins which are chemical compounds  necessary for your growth, health, normal metabolism and physical well-being.
If you are a male  you can look into other supplements which I highly recommend. It doesn't hurt to take your vitamins.
Always check with your care giver before you do so as you don't exactly know what you are lacking. If your caretaker has you taking statins you will need to replace your CoQ10 with an extra pill. Your body needs the CoQ10 that the statin is depleting. Taking statin can harm your heart by weakening the muscle and CoQ10 is needed to keep your heart muscle properly functioning. You don't want to have a uncalled for heart problem.
That is why you must discuss this with your care giver.
Statins work on cholesterol which is produced by the liver. Some cholesterol is needed to help the function of the body.  Statins bring down the bad cholesterol. But statins can also weaken the heart muscle, as mentioned above.
