Exercise and Vitamins

If you are looking for good health there are two must haves. One is good supplementation that can be gotten one of two ways. You can eat raw foods and nuts or you can take supplements.
Either way, if you don’t also have an exercise program, your taking in good nutrition is worthless.
Exercise can take the form of aerobic activities such as walking and running, so exercising is not impossible to do. This aerobic exercise will slow the aging process. We do this because none of us wishes to grow old before our time.
A program of strength training is also suggested.
Do about 8 to 10 exercises a week. This means you don’t have to power walk or power run every day.
But do take your vitamins every day. Exercising drains some nutrients from the body.
The main reason you do this exercising especially strength training is to increase your bone density. It can also help strengthen joints. You may find your balance and stability improving. Endurance to do things without as mush fatigue will also be a benefit.
Your posture will improve with less back pain. Overall you will look trimmer, more toned, and younger.
I have a small area in my apartment with bar bells and a dumb bell. I use them to keep my arm muscles and upper body looking good. I do leg lefts and squats for my legs and lower areas. I find having some equipment in my house helps. Not everyone can afford the fees of a gym that they only visit from time to time.
When you do your supplementation be sure you eat five servings a day of fruits and vegetables. Be sure while eating well you also drink eight 8- ounce glasses of water. You need to stay hydrated.
Drink and pee. Clean out your insides.
When it comes to while grains you should aim for at least three serving a day. And don’t forget your oatmeal and wild rice.
Not necessarily at the same meal.
You will also need your antioxidants to neutralize the free radicals exercising will build up in your body. Free radicals are not your friends. They are  cells that lack an electron and their sole purpose is to go about stealing from healthy cells the electron they need. This turns the good cell into a bad cell—another free radical which goes about hunting more cells to mutate. If they are not taken out by antioxidants they may turn to cancer cells.
Free radicals also are believed to lower your risk of heart disease, stroke, and other memory loss-- along with the risk of cancer.
This is where you C and E and D along with Folic Acid and fish oil comes into play.
Below find an exercise machine you can purchase and set up in your house so you don’t have to pay high gym fees. That is unless you really want to. Also I want to include a book on training. No extra equipment needed.
