Vitaminspower under reconstruction

This morning I discovered I have an old order slip for my web site. Therefore the prices on the web site are not realy accurate. So for this period of time my store is open but not selling.
I have requested an updated price list from my supplier and should have that in a few days. Then I will be able to go adjust prices and be back in business.
It is very important that I keep my vitamin shop open and up to date.
Until that time I guess you can buy your vitamins from Amazon.
Like your omega 3 fatty acids. A great antioxidant and a great brain food.
You want to keep those free radicals down. If they get to your brain and enough turn your cells in mutations, you could end up with Alzhaimers and maybe a stroke.
     Also take a good mutivitamin.
And check with your care provider. There may be something you are missing in your diet. Which is one reason to take supplements.

Exercise and Vitamins

If you are looking for good health there are two must haves. One is good supplementation that can be gotten one of two ways. You can eat raw foods and nuts or you can take supplements.
Either way, if you don’t also have an exercise program, your taking in good nutrition is worthless.
Exercise can take the form of aerobic activities such as walking and running, so exercising is not impossible to do. This aerobic exercise will slow the aging process. We do this because none of us wishes to grow old before our time.
A program of strength training is also suggested.
Do about 8 to 10 exercises a week. This means you don’t have to power walk or power run every day.
But do take your vitamins every day. Exercising drains some nutrients from the body.
The main reason you do this exercising especially strength training is to increase your bone density. It can also help strengthen joints. You may find your balance and stability improving. Endurance to do things without as mush fatigue will also be a benefit.
Your posture will improve with less back pain. Overall you will look trimmer, more toned, and younger.
I have a small area in my apartment with bar bells and a dumb bell. I use them to keep my arm muscles and upper body looking good. I do leg lefts and squats for my legs and lower areas. I find having some equipment in my house helps. Not everyone can afford the fees of a gym that they only visit from time to time.
When you do your supplementation be sure you eat five servings a day of fruits and vegetables. Be sure while eating well you also drink eight 8- ounce glasses of water. You need to stay hydrated.
Drink and pee. Clean out your insides.
When it comes to while grains you should aim for at least three serving a day. And don’t forget your oatmeal and wild rice.
Not necessarily at the same meal.
You will also need your antioxidants to neutralize the free radicals exercising will build up in your body. Free radicals are not your friends. They are  cells that lack an electron and their sole purpose is to go about stealing from healthy cells the electron they need. This turns the good cell into a bad cell—another free radical which goes about hunting more cells to mutate. If they are not taken out by antioxidants they may turn to cancer cells.
Free radicals also are believed to lower your risk of heart disease, stroke, and other memory loss-- along with the risk of cancer.
This is where you C and E and D along with Folic Acid and fish oil comes into play.
Below find an exercise machine you can purchase and set up in your house so you don’t have to pay high gym fees. That is unless you really want to. Also I want to include a book on training. No extra equipment needed.

Take Your Mutivitamins

There is talk about the benefits of vitamins. I agree there is a benefit in taking vitamins. It is to provide the body with the restorative effects of certain nutrients.
Our bodies can to a certain extent repair damage. In doing so it uses nutrients stored in our body. The storage is in the liver, the glands and the organs.
When we repair our bodies we need to replenish what we have used.
The best advise I could give you is to take your multivitamins.
If you take the right brand of multivitaminn you will have provided your body with the nutrients it uses in repair work.
You will ask, what brand of multivitamin should I take?
The answer is to take the brand you trust or after research have come to acknowledge has what you need.
To fight the free radicals that our body produces because of second hand smoke and other pollutants in the air we need to take the antioxidants. They are A, C, D, E, folate. I may have forgotten one or two. But they fight and neutralize the free radical damage.

A free radical will rust your cells and cause them to mutate into cancer cells or other free radicals.
A free radical is not good. Not at all.
   Take your multivitamins.
Along with your multivitamins you will also need fish oil tablets. This will give you omega-3.
A benefit of taking your multivitamins and getting Omega -3 is the brain will be fed with blood that is refreshing.
In another blog post I will discuss the brain factor and how good clear vitamin rich blood helps slow down and sometimes stop Alzheimer's disease.
    That is for another time.
As for now, take your multivitamins.
