Built Bars Are For You

Here is something I would like to share with you. Those of you who go out and buy the exercise bars and nutrition bars at the health store or at the local CVS or Walgreens, can now  get what I consider a great bar for pick me ups after and before exercising at home or gym. And iot comes in many more flavors now.

It is the Built Bar

I eat it, Chocolate, dark, on the outside. Chewy in the inside.  You should be sure to find a flavor you like. Always have a glass of water along with the bar, as you may need hydration. Those of you who daily consume energy bars are aware of how much saliva your mouth produces as you eat .

Of course, should you use the link to get to the product, which is an affiliate product, and use the link to purchase the bar,- what ever flavor,- I get to share a commission.

Enjoy and be in good health.

Review Of Built Bar

Great taste and variety. Gives me extra energy. Also it is tasty. Much more than the Cliff Bar or the Power Bar.
I just prefer it. It may not be everyone's cup of tea, so to speak. but it is a quick pick  me up.
Along with hydration. You should never eat an energy bar without some water  near by.
I know I have talked about the Built Bar before. It is all I thought it would be. As I was getting tired of the energy bars I could purchase in CVS or GNC. But I was getting tired of them and they were stiff and chalky. This is a bit easier to eat. And it is American made.
Remember Trump, let's not get political, recommends we buy American products.
Exercisers and body builders will enjoy this. As well as the snackers' out there.

Nutrition Is Important so Start With Your Multivitamins

Buy Good Supplements

Nutrition is important. What better place to talk about and offer supplements than this blog?
You may ask yourself, why supplements? To which I will answer,  because there is no guarantee that the food we put in our system is fully meeting all the needs of our body.
Let us face it, unless you can grow your food in an absolute germ free environment in soil that is richly endowed with every nutrient needed to grow a perfect plant, you are not getting a complete food that your body can use to repair itself and maintain health.
Yes, need supplements. And as we grow and age our body needs more of one supplement--mineral, vitamin and herb- according to the age of the body.
For example, males and females, as they age, develop differently. Let's face it, they have different organs. Men have a prostate, for example. Women have breasts and ovaries. The same supplement for both sexes would not be wise.
I am going to offer you the answer. You need to click on the appropriate words that are a different color to partake of the offer.
The first offer is for a supplement for men.  You will notice this is for men of any age, but it is special in the help it gives to the needs of the male. The needed supplementation of the organs that a male has.
The second offer is a supplement for women. This one has the nutrients for the female needs which men don't have.
I am required to say that I am doing affiliate marketing and I get a commission for each sale I make. So go look and see if this is what you need. Buy
I will be happy to hear from you..

What Do Nutritionists Recommend?

It was just sitting there. A snip from an old Redbook Magazine.  It had the internet address on it.--www.redbookmag.com if I wanted to seek more information. My wife had left it. I guess because I was blogging about nutrition.
It was titled "12 Foods Nutritionists Eat". Just a two page picture article. Twelve items.
Item one was Almond Milk.   The blurb said that it has half the calories of cow's milk and also vitamin E. Vitamin E is a very important and powerful antioxidant. It helps keep our cells clean and also fights free radicals. Free Radicals being b
ad and robbers of an electron in the cell. I think I have blogged in an earlier blog on free radicals, so I won't here.
Item two in the list is the avocado.. This is said to be  a source of healthy fats. The body does need some fats to run properly.
Item three is a stick of cinnamon. This will help regulate blood sugars.
Item four is dark berries such as blue berries and black berries.
Sounds like a delicious diet so far.
Item five  is Greek Yogurt. Yum. It has the probiotics your body needs for digestion.
The lovable egg is our sixth item recommended. This will help you fight heart disease. It has only 17 calories and has13 vitamins and minerals. It also contains an anti-inflammatory mineral called Choline.
Yes, they recommend an oil also. they recommend -seventh-the extra virgin olive oil. this oil is teaming with mono-saturated fats and antioxidants. And it is delicious. This one I use , not as much as I could, but when I have olive oil it is this blend.
Coming up eighth is the hummus which will give you fiber and protein. put olive oil on this and you have a good tasting dish
The ninth recommendation is nuts. A handful of almonds or walnuts, for example, will do wonders for your skin, that's the E vitamin there, and will clean up your cells.
Number ten is a green leafy vegetable known as Kale. This is loaded with vitamins K, A, and C.  This leafy vegetable fights against cancer. It also is anti-inflammatory and is a good antioxidant.
Remember to stay hydrated.. Take a glass of water with lemon. This will help your Ph balance in your digestive system.  It will bring your system back into balance from acid to alkaline.
And last recommendation is a grain called Quinos.  which the article, or blurb under the picture states has omega -3 fatty acids and is a complete source of protein. It also claims to be anti-inflammatory.
There you have the recommendations as recorded in that paper left for me to read.
